1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
• You have not downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the product
• You provide a valid reason for the refund

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Include your order ID and email address used for purchase
• Briefly explain the reason for the refund
• Our team will respond within 24-48 hours

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Products purchased more than 7 days ago
• Products where more than 30% content has been accessed/downloaded
• Refund requests without valid order ID
• Products purchased during special promotional offers (unless specified)

5. Cancellations

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not applicable. However:

• If you face technical issues accessing the product, contact us immediately
• If payment was deducted but product was not delivered, we'll resolve it within 24 hours
• Duplicate payments will be fully refunded

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your access to the product will be revoked immediately. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
